SUV flips in Franklin after crash into bucket trucks

An SUV overturned late Tuesday morning after a head-on crash into two bucket trucks in Franklin.

The crash involving a Toyota 4Runner and two Magg’s Professional Tree Service truck happened shortly before noon in the 600 block of South Riley Boulevard, between Main and Sixth streets, according to the Franklin Division of Police.

The driver of the Toyota crossed the center line and struck both of the trucks headed in the opposite direction, police said.

The driver, identified as Brian Crosley, was taken to a local hospital. He was cited for driving under suspension and for a marked lanes violation.

Others in the crash were treated at the scene.
