The death of a man found near a Lowe’s in Miami Twp. in March has been ruled an accident.

Timothy Siney, 60, died from drug intoxication, including fentanyl and xylazine, according to the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.

Xylazine is also known as “tranq” and is used in veterinary medicine as a tranquilizer.

Siney was found Tuesday afternoon on March 11 near the Martins Drive Lowe’s.

While the Lowe’s is in Miamisburg, the wooded area behind the store where he was found is in the township.

Siney was without housing and living in a tent in the wooded area, according to Miami Twp. police. A friend reported his death.

Police previously said they didn’t believe Siney’s death was suspicious.
