Tickets to see Dave Chappelle’s New Year’s Eve show on sale today

Dave Chappelle will feature rappers Doug E. Fresh and Slick Rick on his Soundtrack Series Tuesday, Dec. 31 at the YS Firehouse in Yellow Springs.

Tickets for the 10 p.m. New Year’s Eve Celebration go on sale today at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster.com. Doors open at 9 p.m.

All tickets to this 21+ show are general admission. It is also a cell phone free event. Anyone caught using a cell phone during the show will be immediately ejected. This show will also contain atmospherics, lighting effects, and sound levels that may not be suitable for certain viewers.

In the mid-1980s Slick Rick was part of Doug E. Fresh and the Get Fresh Crew, known for such hip-hop classics as “The Show” and “La Di Da Di.”
