The Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office said that Dady’s charges reach back to Oct. 9, when a sheriff’s deputy was posing as a 15-year-old girl on social media as part of the Miami Valley Human Trafficking Task Force’s Operation End Ohio Human Trafficking.
The prosecutor’s office said that Dady solicited the undercover deputy to meet for sex, and was arrested when he arrived at the location.
He has since been released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to be back in court Monday.
